Returns/Exchanges
Haus Interior will only offer store credit for any returns made within 30 days without exception. Please either email us at info@hausinterior.com for return instructions or include the original sales receipt or pack- ing slip in your return mail. For any questions, please call us at 212.741.0455.
Damaged Items
Haus Interior will replace any item that has been received broken, damaged or with a manufacturer defect within 20 business days the item has been returned to either shop. Please email us with a photo and a brief de- scription of the damage at info@hausinterior.com with your order number. For any questions, please call us at 212.741.0455.
